Greeley Project
April 2025
I designed posters for a marketing campaign to advertise a housing affordability campaign for Greeley, Colorado residents. The campaign purpose was to inform residents about housing affordability issues and what they can do to help increase housing options in their community.
Goal
The goal was to target middle-to-low income residents in Greeley with visuals that reflect Greeley demographics. Posters should convey that “affordable” housing is still out of reach for many essential workers. The client wanted to mobilize the community to attend a Housing Summit to make their voices heard about the importance of creating a range of housing options for all income levels.
Process
I was given a project description to start off, which included visual guidelines, info to include, and campaign objectives for a flyer and fact sheet.
3 iterations the flyer went through before the final.
3 iterations the fact sheet went through before the final.
While going back and forth between the client, I had to make many changes to information, colors, and imagery to fit with the client's creative vision. The materials needed to be friendly, informative, and reflective of Greeley's population.
